What we collect

When you submit the contact form or call us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone, email, address or city, and a description of what you need. We use that information to get back to you and to match you with a local crew.

Calls are recorded

Calls to our number are answered by a recorded line. Messages are recorded and transcribed so we can return the call and pass your request to a local crew. California is an all-party consent state, so the recording notice plays before the message begins. If you would rather not be recorded, use the contact form or email instead.

How we use it, and who we share it with

Window Pro SD is a referral service, so the main thing we do with your information is share it with the local crew we match you with, so that crew can contact you and quote the work. We also use it to respond to you directly and to send follow-up about your request. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Analytics

We use basic web analytics to understand which pages are useful to visitors. Analytics cookies record aggregate data. They do not identify you personally.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any personal information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected].
